2nd Degree Black Belt Orange Tip One Step Sparring

One Step Sparring #1
Step Facing Action
Start in chumbee (ready) position then fighting stance with RF back.
1 Opponent attacks with left jab. Step forward right doing left inside-outside knife-hand block to wrist and almost simultaneous palm strike to elbow then grabbing arm.
2 Left instep kick low to opponent's shin bone.
3 Push opponent's arm down with right hand while chambering with left hand. Left ridge-hand to throat.
4 Step back right returning to fighting stance.
5 Opponent throws left slide-in side kick middle. Skip forward toward opponent dodging kick and returning to fighting stance with right leg back while hooking right arm under opponent's leg.
6 Left elbow to opponent's capture thigh in a hammer-like motion; straight up and straight down.
7 Use left leg to sweep opponent back to front while pulling front to back with left hand and using right hand like a lever on opponent's captured leg.
8 Follow opponent to ground and finish with right punch.
One Step Sparring #2
Step Direction Action
Start in chumbee (ready) position then fighting stance with RF back.
1 Opponent throws right punch. Do left outside-inside block but more like a downward slapping motion immediately followed by same thing with right hand to keep opponent's arm out of the way, immediately followed by left back fist to face.
2 Skip back followed by R/L double roundhouse kick (arial) whose right foot should strike behind opponent's knee and left foot should strike their midsection. Visualizing this seems like it would be awkward so need to spend some time figuring this out for actual use.
3 Right-leg spinning back hook kick to face/head.
One Step Sparring #3
Step Direction Action
Start in chumbee (ready) position then fighting stance with RF back.
1 Opponent attacks with right middle round house kick. Counter with right jump back kick.
2 Turn 180deg. CW returning to fighting stance w/ right foot back.
3 Right roundhouse kick low striking back of opponent's knee.
4 Right roundhouse kick middle striking opponent's ribs or kidney.
5 Right tornado kick.
